Blue Planet Fluke & Tapeworm Tablets are formulated to control flukes and tapeworms in ornamental freshwater and saltwater fish. Designed for easy and accurate dosing, this treatment helps protect your fish from internal parasites and maintain a healthy, thriving aquarium environment.

This broad-spectrum anti-parasitic treatment works effectively against common fluke and tapeworm infestations, restoring fish vitality and reducing stress caused by parasites. It is suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums, making it a versatile solution for aquarium keepers.

Directions for use:

  • NOT TO BE USED ON FISH INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
  • Use with caution when treating aquariums containing snails or catfish (Corydoras spp. If adverse effects occur, discontinue treatment and change 50% of aquarium water.
  • Ensure aquarium water is well aerated for the duration of the treatment.
  • Activated carbon should be removed from the filtration system for the duration of treatment. Activated carbon will remove this product from aquarium water resulting in ineffective treatment. Maintain stable pH, temperature, and salinity levels. 
  • Slow flow rate to sub-gravel filtration for the duration of treatment.

Dosage:

  • Pre-dissolve tablets in a disposable cup before adding them to the aquarium.
  • Use 1 tablet per 20L of aquarium water
  • After 48 hours from initial treatment, change 25% of aquarium water and clean filter media.
  • Repeat dosage after 7 days to prevent re-infestation. DO NOT OVERDOSE.

Note: A slight residue of cellulose will be evident after dissolving tablets. This residue is harmless to fish.

Each tablet contains 100mg of Praziquantel.
