Maintenance, Hints & Tips:

Placement: Use a flat, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Do not use soft padding underneath.
Initial Setup: Install the filter media, add water, treat with a water conditioner, and connect the power. The digital temperature display will activate automatically.
Feeding: Use dry 1-3mm pellets only. Tap the feeder button for a manual feed, or select a timed mode for automatic feeding at 8, 12, or 24-hour intervals.
Cleaning: Rinse the filter sponges monthly using water removed from the aquarium or with pre-treated water to preserve beneficial bacteria. Wipe the glass as needed and regularly inspect the pump's impeller for any debris.

Indoor Use Only: This product is designed for indoor use only. Do not place it outdoors or in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity.
Power Safety: Only use the supplied 12V SAA-certified power adapter. Never use a substitute power supply.
Drip Loop & RCD: Always ensure all power cords form a drip loop to prevent water from reaching the power outlet. Connect the adapter to a grounded outlet with a residual current device (RCD) for added protection.
Handling: Never immerse the lid, adapter, or touch panel in water. Clean them only with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Do Not Lift by Lid: Always lift the empty aquarium from the base. Never lift it by the lid or cords.
